1. ACCRETe Project Goals:Be aware of the mutualism "agriculture - climate change
Make private and public actors of the agriculture sector sensitive to the possible production consequences caused by this interaction
Improve forecasting - and preventing systems of natural risks affecting agriculture (network). 2. Outputs and deliverables

- Creation of web site, one part open to all, one part reserved where Partners will continuously cooperate to collect and share data (Observatory)

- International final conference to present results (dvd; Transregional Declaration; TV commercials, publications)
The project is mainly structured on 2 axes:
Scientific axe:Creation of the network Observatory monitoring the whole area
AIM : to monitor the mutual relationship between agriculture and climate change in the partner regions, specifically
Analyze the data referring to the dosage CO2 and the measurement of UV radiation increase
Creation of the web site, one part open to all, one part reserved where Partners continuously cooperate to collect and share data (Observatory)
Result: publication data bank of indicators "Socio-political axe:Exchange of experience : 3 trans-national Working Groups
Code of Attitudes on DVD for farmers easily summarizes agricultural risks due to climate change and advisable attitudes to reduce human-induced climate change effects
Transnational Declaration : to encourage international and public boards to reflect on the dualism between climate change and agriculture, to encourage cooperation among Public Authorities, Universities, local people, to support farmers with new activities that tone down negative climate change effects, to make consumers more sensitive.
TV Commercials : to warn citizens on risks due to climate change and on the likely dramatic repercussions onto agriculture.

3 Thematic transnational Workgroups in the partner destinations to widely discuss the topics, essentially: a)renewable energies in agriculture; b) better water resource management for agriculture; c) increase sustainable cultivation methodologies. Final Conference to disseminate all the results and sign the Declaration: 11/2007, Egion, Greece: The project concludes with an International Conference when results are presented and the Declaration of Intents is signed. Public awareness is the core of our project.
